Each individual may hold only one registered account on 4d13. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 4d13 reserves the right to merge accounts, suspend or terminate all duplicate accounts, and void any transactions or bonuses associated with them.
Age Verification: 4d13 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Documents may include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age verification has been satisfactorily completed.
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify 4d13 promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 4d13 support immediately at [email protected].
4d13 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during routine compliance reviews. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the witholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
All 4d13 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via Malaysian payment channels — including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, Public Bank online banking, and FPX — are credited directly in MYR with no conversion applied.
4d13 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published on the platform's deposit page.
Standard minimum deposits begin at RM 30 for most payment channels. There is no maximum deposit ceiling for verified accounts, though individual payment method limits imposed by the respective banks and e-wallet providers apply. Players may also set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gambling tools in their account settings.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes for DuitNow and same-day for FPX bank transfers, subject to completed KYC verification. 4d13 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals exceding a defined threshold. 4d13 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, charges levied by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor are outside 4d13's control and may be deducted by that third-party provider. Any attempt to use fraudulent, unauthorised, or stolen payment instruments to fund an account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referal to the relevant authorities. 4d13 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any transaction it considers suspicious.
All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available on 4d13 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these general conditions. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount and vary by promotion type. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a bonus of RM 100 requires the Player to place cumulative real-money wagers totalling RM 3,500 before the bonus may be converted to withdrawable cash.
Bonuses are offered on a per-account basis. Players who operate multiple accounts — whether detected at registration or subsequently — will have all bonus credits voided and may face account suspension. 4d13 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except that modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and in active wagering progress.
The Welcome Bonus is available to new registered players on their first qualifying deposit only. A maximum of one Welcome Bonus is applicable per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, and wagering requirement are as published on the promotions page at the time of the player's first deposit.
4d13 operates a structured VIP tier program with six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative monthly turnover thresholds. Benefits, cashback rates, and withdrawal processing priority vary by tier and are subject to change with reasonable notice. VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and are non-transferable.
Responsible Bonus Use: Players are encouraged to treat bonuses as a recreational enhancement rather than a guaranteed income source. All bonuses on 4d13 are subject to fair use policies, and 4d13 reserves the right to withold or void bonuses where abuse is suspected.
All bets placed on 4d13 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before submitting a wager. 4d13 accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error, including incorrect stake amounts, incorrect event selections, or incorrect market selections.
Sports betting markets — including but not limited to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international competitions — are governed by 4d13's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the platform. In all sports betting disputes, 4d13's decision is final, subject to the complaints process in Section 15.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing and are governed by the published rules of each respective game variant (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, etc.). In the event of a technical disruption to a live game round, 4d13's standard void-bet policy applies and the stake will be returned to the Player's account.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and vary by game type, market, and player tier. Limits are displayed on each game or market before stake confirmation. 4d13 reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at its discretion, including for high-volume or high-frequency wagering patterns.
If a sporting event or game round is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined threshold, or declared void under applicable rules, bets on that event will be settled as void and stakes returned to the Player's account balance within 24 hours of the official ruling.

No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 4d13.
Game content displayed on 4d13 is licensed from third-party studios and is subject to the intellectual property rights of those studios. 4d13 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4d13 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other economic loss, even if 4d13 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4d13's aggregate liability to any single Player, arising from any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their4d13 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4d13 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. In the event of a platform outage or technical error that affects game round or wager, 4d13's liability is limited to the return of the stake to the Player's account.
4d13 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe, or where continued operation of the account poses a legal or reputational risk.
Players may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to the 4d13 support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, 4d13 will process any outstanding withdrawals of verified real-money funds and close the account. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Upon termination, the Player's right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue in effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 4d13 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 4d13's internal complaints process shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.
Nothing in this clause limits a Player's rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.
4d13 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 4d13 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version of the Terms on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 4d13 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
